Mr. Voigt is a founding partner and president of Turnkey Associates. Mr. Voigt has 30-years senior/executive level national and international construction and design-build experience directing projects in excess of $100 million and 15-years specializing in the development of signature financial facilities and environments. Mr. Voigt is an architectural engineer.

Mr. Schoonover is a founding partner and vice president of Turnkey Associates. Mr. Schoonover has 30-years senior/executive level interiors and interior construction experience and also serves as president of Office Concepts, Ltd., an interior design firm. During his career Mr. Schoonover has directed numerous interiors projects involving selection and installation of furnishings, artwork, wall treatments and flooring.

Mr. Veir has 35-years experience directing national/international architectural and engineering firms, design-build-developer organizations and major projects throughout the U.S., Africa, Germany, China and the Russian Federation with recent experience directing projects with budgets in excess of $350 million. Mr. Veir is a structural engineer.
